1967 - Cuba P102a 1 Peso banknote

This Cuban 1 Peso banknote is associated with 1967 and catalogued as Cuba Pick P102a. It belongs to the regular Banco Nacional de Cuba issue and features an olive-green design over an ochre underprint, with a portrait of José Martí at the centre of the front and the denomination at the left.

The reverse depicts Fidel Castro with rebel soldiers entering Havana in 1959, with the denomination also displayed on the design. The signature title is shown as “PRESIDENTE DEL BANCO” at the lower right. Krause identifies the P102a variety with the 1967–1970 and 1972 date range and records the printer as STC-P without imprint.
